The Urban Decay Naked Ultraviolet Palette features peachy neutrals, purples, and a variety of finishes including matte, satin, shimmer, and sparkling shimmer shades. It retails for $49 and contains 12 shades, each 0.95 g / 0.03 oz.
Here’s a grey smoky look using the NYX Ultimate Utopia Palette. I don’t do a whole lot of these just because I tend to gravitate more to color. Also, grey eyeshadows tend to be harder to work with no matter what brand I try.
Here’s a coral and gold look using the NYX Ultimate Utopia Palette. I am a sucker for this combination of colors, especially for a summer look.
On this day I ended up with a neutral eye look that has both warm and cool toned elements using the NYX Ultimate Utopia Palette. I used to feel like I could only wear warm shades or cool shades but not both together in a look and that is totally false. In fact, I think mixing the two is really what makes some looks most interesting.
Fenty Beauty Slip Shine Sheer Shiny Lipsticks come in 10 shades, contain 2.8 g / .098 oz, and retail for $22 each. From swatching, these are definitely sheer and feel smooth and not sticky on the lips. They are a little thicker in texture than I imagined they would be but not enough to be uncomfortable.
Here’s a warm brown neutral eye look using the NYX Ultimate Utopia Palette.
I was feeling a blue look on this day so I ended up creating this halo eye with the NYX Ultimate Utopia Palette.
These six shades are Makeup Geek’s most recent addition to their eyeshadow line. They are calling them their “Soft Focus” shades. I thought they would be more pastel when I first saw them online but they are a bit on the brighter side. I’m not mad about it. Looking forward to playing with these.
