Elf Lash XTNDR Mascara

Elf Lash XTNDR Mascara Review

Elf Lash Xtndr Mascara is a tubing mascara that is supposed to provide length and drama instantly. It claims to resist clumps, flaking, and smudging and remove easily with warm water. It comes in three shades and is available for $7 from Elf and Target.

ColourPop Lost In Love Palette

ColourPop Lost In Love Palette Review

The ColourPop Lost In Love Palette is a limited edition Valentine’s Day palette for 2024. It mainly consists of various pinks and one true red but also has some peach/orange/coral and berry shades. There are 6 mattes, 4 shimmers, and 2 pressed glitters. As far as I can tell from the outside of the palette and the box, it doesn’t seem that any of the shades are pressed pigments. It is available exclusively on ColourPop.com for $18.

ABH Brow Freeze Gel

ABH Brow Freeze Gel Review

ABH Brow Freeze Gel is a clear brow gel with strong hold and a glossy finish that dries down and sets brows in whatever style you like. The formulation and thicker consistency is different than a regular brow gel, allowing for a little more versatility in how it can be used. The full size is $26 and there is also a mini version for $13.

Natasha Denona My Mini Dream Palette

Natasha Denona My Mini Dream Palette Review

The Natasha Denona My Mini Dream Palette is probably the closest thing to a truly neutral palette I have from the brand. The shade selection stays mainly beige and brown and only leans very slightly warm-toned. There are 3 powder mattes and 2 shimmers with all small particles that offer a soft but still satisfying sheen. It includes one shade from the larger My Dream Eyeshadow Palette (Nurture) and 4 new shades.

Loreal Voluminous Panorama Mascara

Loreal Voluminous Panorama Mascara Review

Loreal Voluminous Panorama Mascara is supposed to have a volumizing formula and an applicator that helps apply the product evenly to all of your lashes from inner corner to outer corner so that you end up with a more “voluminous” fanned out fringe without clumps, flakes or smudges. It comes in 3 shades (Black, Blackest Black, and Black Brown) and also in waterproof and washable versions. It looks like the waterproof one is only available in Black. Depending where you buy it, you can find it for around $13-$16. As of the time of this review, it is available to purchase from Ulta, Walmart, Amazon, and CVS.

Huda Beauty Pretty Grunge Palette

Huda Beauty Pretty Grunge Palette Review

The Huda Beauty Pretty Grunge Palette is the type of palette that looks like it could be a go-to, everyday eyeshadow palette while providing options to go bolder and be more creative. It’s a matte-heavy palette that is sort of neutral but not really considering there are a lot purple, mauve, pink, and peach tones. The more colorful shades add some variety and interest but are still muted enough to reach for on the daily. Only 6 shades are shimmers and there is one 1 black gloss.

Natasha Denona Xenon Palette

Natasha Denona Xenon Palette Review

The Natasha Denona Xenon Palette is a greyscale themed palette with whites, greys, and blacks in multiple finishes. Some of the midtone and deeper shades have a blue tint or blue shimmer that skews the entire palette extra cool-toned and frosty.

Danessa Myricks Groundwork Defining Neutral Palette

Danessa Myricks Groundwork Defining Neutrals Palette Review

The Danessa Myricks Groundwork Defining Neutrals Palette is an eyeshadow palette and multi-use product containing 10 shades of neutrals, each split into two formulas. For each shade there is one larger pan with a creamy velvet pomade and a smaller pan with its corresponding powder. You can use the pomades and the powders together or separately. I’ll talk about how I’ve been using the palette and what has worked for me later in the post. It retails for $65 which is a bit steep but feels fair for the amount of product and care that was put into its design. It is available to purchase from several retailers including Danessa Myricks Beauty, Sephora, and Beautylish, among others.
