My first attempted look with the new NYX Ultimate Utopia Palette. I just kind of picked out whatever random colors stood out to me without trying to plan the look out. I swatched all the shades in this palette here.
NYX Ultimate Utopia Palette Shades Used:
- Shade 3 – Brow bone and inner corner
- Shade 10 – Outer crease (This was very buildable but a bit difficult to blend out.)
- Shade 5 – Inner crease
- Shade 17 – Transition
- Shade 24 – Outer lid
- Shade 14 – Inner lid
- Shade 9 – Inner corner (I had to dampen my brush to get this to adhere to my skin.)
- Shade 7 – Inner lower lashline
- Shade 33 – Outer lower lashline
- Shade 40 – Center of lid (I applied this with my finger. There was a fair amount of fallout.)
In general I was pleased with how these worked. The mattes were buildable and adhered well. The shimmers that I used were more like topper shades. I wore this look for 11 hours and it was super creased by the end of the day.
