Maybelline Matte About Town City Mini Palette

Maybelline Matte About Town City Mini Palette Review

Maybelline’s City Mini Eyeshadow Palettes contain six shades in a small compact, come in various color combinations, and retail for about $10. Matte About Town’s shades are all matte and are on the warmer neutral side. Even the pinker-toned shades designated for the crease are warm-toned once applied, though they look like they might be cool-toned just by looking at the pans.
