Somehow today’s look turned out to be something you might wear during the holidays. All the eyeshadows are from the Urban Decay Naked Smoky Palette and just for fun I thought I’d throw on a pair of false lashes to amp things up a bit.
Products used and how I created this look:
- NYX Dark Circle Concealer in Fair – Using a concealer brush, I applied this to the inner corner and under eye area and blended it out with my finger.
- It Cosmetics CC+ Airbrush Perfecting Powder SPF50+ in Fair – Using a fluffy brush, I applied this over the NYX Dark Circle Concealer.
- Urban Decay Primer Potion – Using my ring finger, I applied this all over my lid.
- Urban Decay Naked Smoky Palette
- Thirteen – Using a stiff flat brush, I applied this all over the inner half of my lid and up into the crease.
- Combust – Using the same brush, I applied this all over the outer half of my lid and up into the crease.
- Dagger – Using a tiny shader brush, I applied this to most of the moveable lid and blended the edge into the crease a bit. Don’t worry if it looks messy.
- Password – Using a crease brush, I applied this in the crease, right above Dagger, and blended the two together.
- Armor – Using a tiny shader brush, I applied this right on top of Dagger to add sparkle and shine. I pulled it up into the crease a bit too. Dagger helps this color pop more too.
- Dirtysweet – Using a larger eyeliner brush, I applied this to my entire lower lash line.
- Radar – Using the same brush, I applied this to the outer part of my lower lash line.
- Benefit Roller Lash – I curled my top lashes and applied one coat of this.
- Covergirl LashBlast Length Mascara in Very Black – I applied on coat to my lower lashes.
- Anastasia Brow Wiz in Medium Brown – I filled in my brows focusing more on the tail and arch. I filled in a few sparse spots on the inner part of my brows and made sure to blend well with the spoolie end.
- Revlon Photoready Kajal in Purple Reign – I applied the lighter side of this pencil to my lower waterline.
- NYX Skinny Black Liner – I applied this to my upper waterline and tried to keep it as close to the lashes as possible to avoid having it transfer to my lower waterline.
- Lorac Front of the Line Pro in Black – I applied a thin coat from the very inner corner of my eye (not what I usually do), and thickened the line, ending in a wing at the outer corner.
- Duo Lash Adhesive in Dark Tone – I applied a dab of this to the back of my hand for easier application to the lashes.
- Revlon Beyond Natural Lashes, Defining #91181 – I carefully dragged the band of the lashes over the dab of glue on my hand to get a thin layer on the band. I let it dry for about 30 seconds and then used tweezers to apply the lashes.
