For the second look with the Natasha Denona Mini Gold Palette, I wanted to do something easier and more approachable.
The shade on the center of the lid is Antheia. What makes this shade interesting is the bright green shimmer in it. I see the green easily in real life but it’s hard to get it to come across in photos, so I included two here.
I took the first one in lower lighting and edited it to try and get the green to show up more, like it does in the swatches below. Unfortunately the way I edited it makes the makeup look much more dramatic/smoky. The second only has some contrast added. I see the green in real life but it gets washed out when I take pictures the way I normally do.
Those little green and gold specks made for a lot of fallout in the first look I did but not so much in this second one, when I applied it with a flat shader brush.
Where all the shades are applied:
- Lodge – transition
- Bia – lower lashline
- Dark Sepia – Outer lid/crease
- Antheia – All over lid
- D’or – Inner corner
