ecoTools Brush Set Review

This green, cruelty free brush set contains 5 eyeshadow brushes and one carrying case made of hemp. The case has a small mirror on the inside. The bristles are made of taklon, a synthetic material, and are super soft. Even when spending a lot of time blending the bristles do not irritate the skin around my eyes.

I usually don’t buy duplicates or “backups” of products but this one is an exception. I bought two because I loved the size of the brushes. The small flat shader brush is the perfect size for precisely applying colors and the small smudger brush is great for the inner corners or for buffing out eyeliner. The “highlight” brush which in my opinion is more like a crease brush is so good at buffing out difficult colors in the crease to get a perfect smokey eye.

The brush handles are shorter than normal because the brush set is supposed to be travel friendly. This is just something to note if you prefer longer handles.

This set retails for about $8.
