Essence Pure Nude Baked Blushes

Essence Pure Nude Baked Blush Swatches

Here are swatches of all of the Essence Pure Nude Baked Blushes. I noticed these come out near the beginning of 2022 and collected them slowly over the past few months as they were never fully stocked at any of my local Ulta stores. These have the same name as the Essence Pure Nude Highlighter that became well known and loved several years ago.

Revlon Illuminance Skin Caring Foundation

Revlon Illuminance Skin Caring Foundation Review

Revlon Illuminance Skin Caring Foundation is a light to medium coverage foundation with a moisturizing formula and lightweight feel. It is said to have skincare properties with ingredients like squalane and hyaluronic acid, and is supposed to improve skin texture over time with daily use. Sephora Color Shifter Eyeshadow Palettes

Sephora Color Shifter Eyeshadow Palette Reviews

Sephora recently launched these new “Color Shifter” eyeshadow palettes. They are $10 each and they come in 4 color variations. Each contains three mattes, a shimmer, and a topper shade. The color selection in them is pretty straightforward and balanced. I haven’t found it difficult to come up with a variety of looks for each palette.

Too Faced Cloud Crush Blurring Blushes

Too Faced Cloud Crush Blurring Blush Swatches

Here are swatches and photos of all six of the Too Faced Cloud Crush Blurring Blushes. These are fairly straightforward, no-nonsense powder blushes with the main claim of having a diffusing/blurring quality to them. These are $29 each and available from several retailers including Sephora, Ulta, Kohl’s, Macy’s, Nordstrom, and of course, Too Faced.

Ulta Beauty Weightless Water Lip Stains

Ulta Beauty Weightless Water Lip Stain Review

Ulta Beauty Weightless Water Lip Stains, $10 each, are sheer, buildable lip colors with a lightweight feel that come in four easy-to-wear shades. They have a super thin feel to them compared to something like a gloss or balm and they dry down to an almost matte finish. Upon first swipe, the color goes on lighter than what you see on the top of the packaging but you can build up the intensity with a few layers. They have a light fruity scent but have a somewhat bitter taste. The taste isn’t that strong and it goes away after blotting.

ColourPop Enchanted Palette

ColourPop Enchanted Palette Review

The ColourPop Enchanted Palette is a purple palette with 12 shades of eyeshadows, pressed pigments and one pressed glitter in various finishes. It came out together with the ColourPop Fairy Well Palette and both of these have larger pan sizes than many other ColourPop palettes. Pans are 26mm in diameter and about 1/2 the depth of most of my other single shadows. The shades are magnetic but they won’t fit into some of their other palettes (like the Bare Necessities, Stone Cold Fox, etc.). This goes for $18 and is currently sold out but still listed on ColourPop’s website.

ColourPop Fairy Well Palette

ColourPop Fairy Well Palette Review

The ColourPop Fairy Well palette is true neutral palette that contains the types of shades that could be used for daily makeup or to use as a neutral pairing palette with other palettes or single eyeshadows. It has a range of textures and depths that make it versatile enough to use for very natural, barely-there looks or you can go super smoky and glam. There are 4 true mattes, 4 shimmers, 2 pressed glitters, and 2 mattes with sparkle.

NYX Bare With Me Blur Foundation

NYX Bare With Me Blur Skin Tint Foundation Review

NYX Bare With Me Blur Skin Tint Foundation is a medium coverage, matte finish foundation that comes in 24 shades. Its main claim is that it’s supposed to blur not just the look of texture and pores but also discoloration and imperfections. It is supposed to feel lightweight, have buildable coverage and leave the skin with a shine-free finish without being drying.
